About TIDO
Tija Development Organization (TDO) is a non-profit organization lead by the Executive Director/Chairperson. The Management Team consists of 4 key personnel, namely, the Executive Director; General Secretary/Human Resources and Administration Director, Director of Finance and Accounts/Treasurer and the Operations Manager.
The organization is administered by the Board of Directors that meets to determine both its Vision and Strategic direction. While TDO is currently undergoing an organizational development process, a new organizational structure with trained Management and Staff will lead to a more effective movement of running the organization. TDO envisages at joining partnership with other organizations to collaborate and implement various programs in Tanzania.

The Organization is committed to empower the community of Dar es Salaam Region and beyond to improve their living standards through active participation in their economy’s promotion through rendering Legal Aid, Engineering and social related services towards sustainable development
